The price of the PURSUE 2020 Convention Kit is $165. It’s worth 120 PV.
In which markets is the Convention Kit available?
The Convention Kit is available for the US, GAC, and NFR markets.
How many Convention Kits can I order?
Currently, only two Convention Kits can be ordered per customer. This is subject to change and while supplies last.
Which membership types can order the Convention Kit?
The Convention Kit is available to everyone, including Wellness Advocates, Wholesale Customers, and Retail Customers.
Can I add the Convention Kit to my Loyalty Rewards Program order?
The Convention Kit can be purchased as a one-time order or as part of an enrollment order.
It isn’t available on the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) orders. However, you can still receive points for your Convention Kit. To receive Rewards points for your kit, you must be an LRP participant and place a loyalty order during September 2020. Your points will be added by October 15.
Will I earn points on my Convention Kit order?
You can earn points on your Convention Kit order if you’re a Loyalty Rewards Program participant and place a loyalty order during September 2020.
When will the points from my Convention Kit order be added?
You’ll receive your Rewards points for a Convention Kit order by October 15, 2020.
Keep in mind that to receive points for your Convention Kit order, you must still place a loyalty order during the month of September.
Will my loyalty order still process automatically during September if I purchase a Convention Kit?
Yes, your loyalty order will process as normal.
Can I add any other products on my Convention Kit order at the same time?
Yes.
Can I use points to purchase a Convention Kit and/or the customize-and-save items?
No.
Can I order or pick up my Convention Kit from the Product Center in Pleasant Grove, Utah?
No. All Convention Kit orders must be placed online and shipped to a valid US address.
What’s the return policy for the Convention Kit?
doTERRA’s standard return policy applies to the Convention Kit. If returned, it must be returned as a whole kit. You can’t return individual items from the kit.
